✨ Lost or Delayed Deliveries:

If something seems amiss, reach out within 21 days of dispatch and we’ll help locate your parcel. While greeting cards aren’t tracked, apparel and other items are monitored closely to keep things running smoothly.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle it:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition.

  • Exchanges offered based on stock availability.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
